Juan Navarro & Martin Pierro, two life long Transformers fans, explore the impact that the classic Transformers toys, comics and animated tv series has had on popular culture. They will highlight key episodes and plot points with a critical and sometimes comedic eye as they work their way through the history of the "robots in disguise". It's a fun lighthearted discussion that will shed light on the origins of this enduring franchise that has been around for more than 30 years.

FWACATA--Ep-15-Chaotic-Neutreal--plate-template Screen Shot 2015-07-12 at 3.53.39 PM

Heather Rothman, Adam Fox, Kaye Delmar , and Yeti Meh-teh are just part of CHAOTIC NEUTRAL, a South Florida, studio dedicated to the sole purpose of creating art: comics, fiction, and crafts. They ARE DOING THE WORK! We had them here at Dapper 13 Tattoo/ The Goblins Heist Compound and talked comics, making comics, and selling comics! The do some erotic fiction too, so it's fun to have that perspective from artist that work in such a genre. Go give it a listen!  As always, feel free to call in with your question to be on the show! 806-414-JUAN (806-414-5826) or hit me up on twitter @FWACATA or e-mail at secretmediagroup@gmail.com Oh and here's our FACEBOOK PAGE!

We are back!

Sorry for the delay but like I say on the podcast we had so many things going an the opening of the shop and Heroescon and yadda yadda yadda. But to make up for it, were are to be plowing you with podcasts like mad for the next week!

This episode, the great Fawad Siddiqui, is an American actor, improvisational comedian, journalist and cartoonist. He has appeared on the USA Network television show Burn Notice alongside Bruce Campbell and Jeffrey Donovan, in the George Clooney film The Men Who Stare At Goats with Ewan McGregor, and in the indie films The Bait and Festival of Lights—starring Jimi Mistry and Aidan Quinn. He also comes into the shop all the time to put comics in order and tell us what grinds his gears.

Hey folks, sorry for the lateness, but hard at work with THE GOBLIN's HEIST opening this Saturday. Here is a great panel recording with the amazing Larry Watts (Army of Darkness, Metal Locus, Robyn Hood) talking about Indie Comics, Breaking in, and making comics in general. It was super fun and informative and I think we made some new soldiers in the fight to make great comics!

Here is the link to our super awesome GRAND OPENING!

take it with you

Iphone_trans Listening to podcasts on your mobile devices is extremely convenient -- and it's what makes the podcasting medium so powerful.

You can take your favorite shows and mixes with you anywhere, but to do so requires some quick and simple steps.

Let's walk you through that process together.
step 1:

Click the "Subscribe With iTunes" link in the page's sidebar:

Subscribe_with_itunes

This will require that you have the iTunes software on your computer.

(You can download iTunes here.)
step 2:
Itunes_ss

Now that you've subscribed to the podcast on iTunes, the feed will display in your "Podcasts" section on the left navigation bar.

Click there and you'll see the show displayed in the iTunes browser.

You can "get all" to download all available episodes or just individual episodes.
step 3:

Plug your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) into your computer with the Dock Connector cable, and click the device in iTunes's left navigation bar.

Itunes_ss2

Once you have your device highlighted, click "Podcasts" in the top navigation bar and sync the podcasts you want on your device. Click "apply" and the episodes you have downloaded on your iTunes software will sync with your device.
that's it!

The beauty of this process is that now, every new episode of your subscribed podcasts will automatically sync to your device every time you plug it in and open iTunes. You can now take your favorite shows with you everywhere you go.

Enjoy!
done!
